Southampton Central: Lifts out of order
The lifts will be out of order from now until 26/08/2026 at Southampton Central station.
Additional Information:
Until Wednesday 26 August 2026 the lifts at Southampton Central will be refurbished.

Platform 1 was completed on Tuesday 19 May.

Platforms 2 & 3 have no step free access until Wednesday 1 July.
> Your journey may be possible using services to/from platforms 1 or 2 at Southampton Central changing at another station with step free access.

Platform 4 will be refurbished between Thursday 2 July to Wednesday 26 August. Platforms 1 & 4 are level with a station entrance.
> A free taxi transfer will be available to either side of the station.
