Planned engineering work will take place between Dundee and Aberdeen from 04:00, Sunday 07 January 2018 to 23:59, Sunday 07 January 2018, from 04:00, Sunday 14 January 2018 to 23:59, Sunday 14 January 2018, from 04:00, Sunday 21 January 2018 to 23:59, Sunday 21 January 2018, from 04:00, Sunday 28 January 2018 to 23:59, Sunday 28 January 2018, and from 04:00, Saturday 03 February 2018 to 23:59, Sunday 04 February 2018.

All services between Aberdeen and Glasgow Queen Street will be replaced by buses between Dundee and Aberdeen.

All services between Aberdeen and Edinburgh will be replaced by buses between Dundee and Aberdeen.

UPDATED: Engineering Work: Between Glasgow Central and Paisley Gilmour Street
Planned engineering work will take place between Glasgow Central and Paisley Gilmour Street from 04:00, Sunday 21 January 2018 to 23:59, Sunday 21 January 2018.

All services between Glasgow Central and Gourock will be terminating at Paisley Gilmour Street and starting back from Paisley Gilmour Street.

Services operate between Paisley Gilmour Street and Gourock only.

Services between Wemyss Bay and Glasgow Central are withdrawn and replaced with an additional hourly service between Gourock and Paisley Gilmour Street.

These additional services shall call at Fort Matilda, Greenock West, Greenock Central, Cartsdyke, Port Glasgow and Bishopton.

Passengers who normally use Glasgow-Wemyss Bay services to connect with sailings to Rothesay are advised that the last bus to Paisley which passengers can catch in order to make the last ferry connection will be the 17.45 bus from Glasgow Central. Passengers should then alight at Port Glasgow for a direct bus to Wemyss Bay.

One additional earlier train service will operate from Gourock to Paisley at 07.52 calling at all stations.

All services between Glasgow Central and Wemyss Bay will be terminating at Paisley Gilmour Street and starting back from Paisley Gilmour Street.

Services operate between Paisley Gilmour Street and Gourock only.

Planned engineering work will take place between Motherwell and Kirkwood from 06:00, Sunday 21 January 2018 to 12:00, Sunday 21 January 2018, and from 06:00, Sunday 28 January 2018 to 12:00, Sunday 28 January 2018.

All services between Motherwell and Balloch will be replaced by buses between Motherwell and Kirkwood.

The first trains to run as normal will be the 1109 Balloch to Motherwell and the 1241 Motherwell to Balloch.

Planned engineering work will take place between Glasgow Central and Kings Park from 06:00, Sunday 21 January 2018 to 14:00, Sunday 21 January 2018, and from 06:00, Sunday 28 January 2018 to 14:00, Sunday 28 January 2018.

All services between Glasgow Central and Neilston will be running non stop between Glasgow Central and Kings Park.

Due to de-vegetation work taking place until 1400 between Muirhouse North Jn and Cathcart

Glasgow Central/Neilston services

Glasgow Central Neilston services are diverted to run non-stop between Glasgow Central and Kings Park in both directions. All trains will call additionally at Kings Park.

Please note that to accommodate trains reversing at Kings Park, Neilston Glasgow Central services before 1400 will depart earlier than normal.

First trains to run as normal will be:

1348 Neilston Glasgow Central & 1423 Glasgow Central - Neilston

A half hourly bus service will replace trains between Glasgow Central and Kings Park via Cathcart and Mount Florida, calling at all stations.

All services between Glasgow Central and Newton Lanark via Kings Park will be running non stop between Glasgow Central and Kings Park.

Glasgow Central/Newton (via Queens Park) services

Glasgow Central Newton (via Queens Park) services are diverted to run non-stop between Glasgow Central and Kings Park in both directions. Glasgow Central Newton (via Maxwell Park) services run as normal.

First trains to run as normal will be:

1439 Newton Glasgow Central & 1408 Glasgow Central - Newton

A half hourly bus service will replace trains between Glasgow Central and Kings Park via Cathcart and Mount Florida, calling at all stations.
