At Thames Ditton station, the following issues have been reported:
The ticket vending machines are only accepting cash.
The customer information system at the station is out of order.
Credit/Debit card payments cannot be accepted at the tickets office or ticket vending machines.
Prepaid tickets and Smartcard tickets cannot be collected from this station at this time.
No new Smartcard sales at the ticket office
The wifi is not working.
This is due to an IT issue.
